- Account information: If you sign in with Google, we receive your account identifier, name, and email address tied to your authentication profile.
- Contact and communication details: Depending on your selected channel, we may collect your email and/or WhatsApp number for result delivery.
- Layout and preference data: We collect the floor plans and related data you create, including room dimensions, room/furniture labels, window/exterior data, budget range, neighborhoods, and submission metadata.
- Saved/shared content: If you save layouts or generate share links, we store layout records and share tokens needed to retrieve those layouts.
- Billing information: For paid plans or credits, we store payment-related account references (for example, customer/subscription status). Card processing is handled by Stripe.
- Usage and technical data: We may log request timestamps, service events, and basic technical metadata needed for reliability, fraud prevention, and feature operations.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and operate the layout builder, saved layouts, listing-match workflows, account features, and related Service functionality.
- Deliver match results, support communications, and service messages through the communication channel you select.
- Manage free usage limits, subscriptions, credits, billing, and payment-related account records.
- Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot errors, and enforce our Terms and other Service rules.
- Improve matching algorithms, product features, user experience, and Service performance, including by training, evaluating, and refining machine-learning models using submitted layouts, preference data, and listing interactions.
- Create aggregated and de-identified datasets from layout submissions, preference data, search behavior, listing interactions, and related metadata.
- Use aggregated and de-identified data for market intelligence, benchmarks, reports, analytics products, research outputs, and similar commercial or research purposes, including products and reports that may be made available or sold to landlords, developers, brokerages, researchers, or other commercial parties.
- Comply with legal obligations, respond to legal process, protect our rights, and resolve disputes.
We will not use information that personally identifies you to publicly attribute a specific layout, preference, or submission to you in any third-party product or report without your consent. Aggregated and de-identified data does not personally identify you and is not subject to this restriction.
3. How We Share Information
- Service providers and infrastructure vendors that support authentication, hosting, database, communications, workflow automation, analytics, security, and other core operations.
- Payment processors (including Stripe) for subscription and credit transactions.
- Communication and delivery providers used to deliver listing-match results, notices, and support messages.
- Legal authorities, regulators, or other parties when required by law or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, safety, or the integrity of the Service.

Aggregated and de-identified data does not identify any individual user or household and is not considered personal information under this Privacy Policy or applicable law. We may continue to use and commercialize aggregated and de-identified data even after you stop using the Service or request deletion of your account data.
4. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We may delete or de-identify data when no longer needed.
5. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
